Hey,

I have had a hue setup (bridge 2.1 Siri) with multiple lights that has mostly worked to date with a single wifi router. Now I am running the google nest wifi 3 pack.

setup is:

Internet direct to google nest wifi
Google Nest ethernet out to D-Link unmanaged switch.
Hue bridge Ethernet to switch and wifi to main google nest.

All lights on the main wifi router work as expected but any lights connecting to the Nest children wifi, are "unreachable".

If they connect to the main router, they work.

Thanks.

Hey, Allon.

As this is a 3rd party device, we're a bit limited to how deeply we can see into their systems and functionality. Have you been able to confirm that everything works per their suggestions?

If their official support is recommending a way that won't work for you, it might be a case where the product can't meet your use case scenario.

Hopefully you can sort it out. I'm sure it's been a frustrating experience to try and work out.
