Connected to internet via Gen 1 mesh wifi, later my phone was disconnected. Mesh Primary station was pulsing blue. Only way to reconnect was to use code that is at the bottom of the primary station. What happened?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with connecting to your Google WiFi. The flashing blue light means that it's ready for setup. This means that for some reason your parent point was reset to factory defaults. I would suggest that you observe it for now, and let us know if the same thing happens again.
