Reboot nest wifi in rental?

Tacertain

We're staying at a place that uses Google Nest Wifi. The Internet is not working - tracing shows packets not going past the router. Opening the web page on the router shows that it's "online," and to use the Google home app for more information. But of course the router is linked to the owner's Google account so I can't see anything. I don't have physical access to the router. Is there anything I can do to try and fix?

Thanks.

If you have physical access to the devices, you could try turning them off and on again. Beyond that, I would contact the rental owner and ask them to support.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the help here, @David_K.

@Tacertain, were you able to get contact with the owner and have the WiFi connection fixed? I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,
Alex
