Router not connecting

I've done a factory reset when my internet went down. Rebooted everything multiple times. Inter is connected but router flashing slow white. Can't get it past slow white. No connection.  Can't believe Google doesn't provide any chat or phone support. Probably need to abandon Google altogether.

Google does offer chat or phone support for Nest Wifi.

If you'd prefer to do that, head here: Contact Us - Google Nest Help

  1. Select Wifi at the bottom of the first drop down (you may need to scroll to see it).
  2. Enter a brief description of the issue > Next > Other > Next step > Next step > Next step.

You'll be presented with the available support options.
