Router says offline but connected to Wi-Fi Points

See photo.  Why offline?  Does that mean the router isn’t functioning as a Wi-Fi receiver?

I have the same issue. The app shows points not connected but the Speedtest shows “blazing speeds”

Once I did those changes I mentioned in that thread I haven't had that issue. It's worth a try to see if doing at least the IPV6 and UPuP settings to on.

I disconnected everything inc NBN/swiches/all hard wired connections/power. Factory reset all wifi points and started from scratch. Now the internet is fine 350 down 50 up. All laptops/phones/tvs/ipads work fine in those on ios16 beta. Even my Tesla can see the home network and the security cameras Changed the wifi settings as advised. Reinstall the Google app. Everything works but the app says no internet and cannot run speedtest from the app but can from a laptop.

Hi folks,

@78912, thanks for the help!

@Gerrydir, thanks for letting us know. Just to isolate the issue, could you try toggling the cloud services off and back on again? You can click on this link to learn more about this.

Thanks,

Edward

I have suspected all along that this was more an app issue rather than a device issue. The steps you have taken certainly seem to  suggest this is the case. It will be interesting to see if this issue we have had changes with the next GH app update
