Says it is already paired

Trying to connect new phone to nest camera. Says that it is already paired and must disconnect. But I don’t have the phone anymore

What exactly are you trying to do? Phones do not get "paired" to Google Nest cameras.

If you are trying to connect your Google Nest camera to a different Google Account in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app, you will first need to remove the camera from the old account and do a factory reset.

If, on the other hand, you simply want to connect to your camera using the Google Account you were previously using, you simply need to log into the Google Nest app or the Google Home app using the Google Account you were previously using.
