Set up incomplete

Hello,

I have two nest points that are telling me the setup on them is incomplete. The WiFi has been setup, and my phone is on the same network as the nest points. When I hit finish set up I get a notification that they all need to be on the same network. I’ve checked, and they’re all on the same network. I’ve even been able to link my Amazon music to one of the points. What made me discover this is that I was trying to connect one of my nests to my Bluetooth. When I open the settings to the device I want and hit audio there are no options for me to pair; it just says” these settings are unavailable right now.”

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing with the incomplete setup on your Google Wi-Fi devices. I understand how frustrating this situation can be. But don't worry; help is here. I just need to ask for some information to provide the best solution:

  • What Google Nest Wifi devices do you have?
  • What's the color of the light on the main router and points?
  • How many Google Nest Wifi devices do you have on the same network?
  • Could you please provide a picture of the error that you saw when the connection failed?

 I completed setup by uninstall Home and reinstalling earlier version of Home
