Hello,
I have two nest points that are telling me the setup on them is incomplete. The WiFi has been setup, and my phone is on the same network as the nest points. When I hit finish set up I get a notification that they all need to be on the same network. I’ve checked, and they’re all on the same network. I’ve even been able to link my Amazon music to one of the points. What made me discover this is that I was trying to connect one of my nests to my Bluetooth. When I open the settings to the device I want and hit audio there are no options for me to pair; it just says” these settings are unavailable right now.”

I completed setup by uninstall Home and reinstalling earlier version of Home
