I purchased a nest Wi-Fi pro and want to set up the 3 mesh Wi-Fi points as wired access points. I have cat 6 outlets in all three locations that are feed from switch in basement (which is connected to the primary nest Wi-Fi router). Is there anything different I need to do when setting up the 3 satellite points from the google home app?

Nothing different you have to do in the Google Home app. If wired correctly the units will detect that a wired backhaul is available. If you go to a given Nest Wifi unit in the Google Home app, it will say what backhaul it uses.

A common pitfall is having a smart/managed switch with conflicting features like loop detection (SPT, spanning tree protocol for example). If that's the case with your switch, make sure to disable such features. More on that:
