Is there a way to slow the internet. My internet is to fast and I keep going over the internet limit in Alaska. My down speed is like 800 Mbps. I would like to cut that in half overall or even a third so I dont limit out.

Nest Wifi does not have a feature like that built in unfortunately.
Most modern OS-es has a setting for treating a network as metered, that could help reduce background traffic at least.
One jank workaround would be to put a FAST / 100mbps switch between your modem and the primary Nest Wifi unit, if that would even work.
Or if your modem also acts as a router, and you have not put it in bridge mode or bypass mode, maybe it can limit the throughput.
