Since our internet provider wasn't able to turn wifi off on our old router, they gave us a new Comtrend Nexus Link 3122 without wifi. I have tried repeatedly today to connect our new Nest Wifi router with no success, including unplugging everything, including the ethernet to my desktop, and starting over. Any advice would be appreciated.
