Hi, I set up a Nest WiFi Router and a Point to a Google Home account paired to my personal email address. This allowed me to check WiFi and mesh settings, speed test etc etc. However I set up a new 'Home' with a new email address and while I've been able to unpair decives like Hub with the screen, plugs etc and easily set them up in the new 'Home', no matter what I do I cannot do the same to the Router and Point. I even deleted the original 'Home' but when I try to set up the Router and Point the usual way, it just will not find them. Now I have lost those abilities like speed/mesh tests completely as I can't access the Router and Point.
What am I doing wrong ? Re-doing all other devices worked fine but the WiFi and Point refuse to work!? Thanks
