Why does Nest/Google Wifi mesh network only have <100kbps per device?

Switching from having a Google Wifi Router/Point network to a Google Nest Router --> Nest point / Google Wifi point network. That's not exactly how it's set up, but here's the problem I'm confused about. The Nest primary router, which is hardwired directly to a Comcast Business modem, shows download/upload speeds of >160mbps / >18mbps, respectively, but when I look at the devices connected to this Google network from the Google home app (while directly next to the primary router), the devices only receive between 0kbps -- 100kbps. Shouldn't connected devices be getting way more bandwidth than this, at least getting 50mbps (for example) in proportion to the speeds that the primary router is displaying?

There are many devices hardwired into the business modem directly, which I thought might be eating up bandwidth. However, that doesn't explain in my brain that at one point before switching to the Nest, we were getting full download/upload speeds from the Google wifi network with these same conditions. Only having kbps seems ridiculously slow, and this is after multiple factory/network resets. Is there some trick to unlocking more bandwidth from Google wifi?

Hey there Andrae Snegirev, 

I'm so sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I understand how frustrating it might be to not be getting the speeds that you're hoping for, but I'm happy to look into this. 

What does your network structure looks like? (e.g. Modem --> Switch --> other devices connected including the Google Nest Wifi router --> etc.)

Also, check your device placements & a possible Wi-Fi interference - Finding a good place for your Wifi devices can be a little challenging as wireless connections are very sensitive, anything that interferes to it or may cause congestion would really affect its performance. If you have 1 Google Nest Wifi router then your network is expected to get up to 2,200 sq ft Wifi coverage. However, there's a possibility that it might also interfering with the signals and traffic from other Wi-Fi networks which resulting for the area to be congested, especially if it’s sharing the same channel with the other wireless networks. Also, you may want to check if there are other wireless devices near your Google Nest Wifi router such as Microwave, Cordless Phone, Wireless speakers, Bluetooth devices etc. as they can cause a frequency interference. Try moving those type of devices away from your router, if possible.
