Wi-Fi set up

I have been trying to set this Google Wi-Fi for three days I continue to get the same message: Something went wrong. Please ensure you’re connected to the Internet and try again. I’ve tried on multiple devices. I’ve tried the iPhone in the android phone. I need help.

Could be a number of things. I suggest going through this help page and trying each item. Troubleshoot Google Nest Wifi setup issues - Google Nest Help
