Wi-fi point won't reset

 Was able to factory reset two out three wi-fi  points after replacing my modem. Wi-fi is up and running with just one point. Can not reset the hird one no matter what I do. After holding the reset button and plugging the power back. In it starts out white and turns to blinking blue and keeps blinking blue. It been blinking for about three hours now. I've been trying this all day with no change. Any suggestions?

You are not following factory reset instructions. You are not to hold the button while plugging in power.
