WiFi Speed Test

I’ve long run the google app WiFi speed test along with Speedtest and Meteor. For months maybe years the google app speed test showed much faster speeds than either of the other two.  Over the last 2-3 weeks the google app speed test shows much lower speeds- especially upload- than either of the other two tests.   Anyone else experience anything like that?  Did google change its speed test in in its app?

i am also having same issue from Concord NC,have 1Gig connection.. download speed, check out the screenshot
