WiFi device edit

Citation
Community Member

The threads are and have been asking for a way to remove unknown devices and other devices we don’t want on the WiFi device list. Why has this not been addressed yet?  Nothing falls off the list…ever.

Hey folks,

@geeque, thanks for lending a hand.
@crwilson1, thanks for posting. Currently, devices that haven't connected to your network and are grayed out in your list will drop off the list after 60 days of continued inactivity. So even if you can't edit the list right now, it will maintain itself over time. Still, If you don’t want to see your old devices from your list, your option is to factory reset your network.

We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback. I also suggest that you send feedback by following this link. Let me know if you have other questions or concerns, otherwise I’ll be locking this thread after 24 hours.

Best,
Abi
