WiFi router Point is flashing red

Hi all,

My router Point flashes red. I've tried to reset, but it is not getting picked up by the main router. Any ideas?

A pulsing red light means your Wifi point has a problem. We recommend you factory reset the Wifi point. If it continues to pulse red, contact Wifi customer support.
