You haven't provided enough information for other customers to offer suggestions. Did you update your Wi-Fi? Did your doorbell just drop offline? Which specific doorbell do you have?

Or you could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Hi lamp1,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that your Nest Doorbell is not reconnecting to Wi-Fi. I know this can be frustrating, but don't worry, I'm here to help! Before I can assist you further, I'll need to ask a few questions to better understand the situation.

  • What model of Nest camera doorbell do you have?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Are you getting any error messages?
  • How far is the camera from the router?
  • Do you have other Nest devices in the house?
  • Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the camera is connected?
  • Can the camera find other Wi-Fi networks?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
  • What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

I will awaiting for your response.

Regards,

Manuel
