Wifi IP configuration failed

Hi 

Using Pixel 6, since yesterday somehow unable to connect to my work wifi (so I have no access to the router). It shows disconnected /IP configuration failed. 

Things I tried but didn't work 

Airplane mode, clearing play store cache, forgetting wifi, restarting device, using static ip (it does connect but says no internet). 

The only thing left is to reset phone. 

Please let me know if there is any other solution to this. Cheers
