Wifi Point set up not working

I have my Google Wifi set up and working.

But I can't get the wifi point to connect.

I chose "webBrowser" but I'm on an Xfinity internet and Android Phones and iMacs for desktop.

It looks like it should be simple but I'm baffled.

Hello kailiec, 

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. 

A few questions: was the Google Wifi point setup before? What's the LED status of your device? What's the phone that you're using? What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

Please force close the Google Home app and reboot your Google Wifi point for a minute before going through the setup process. You may also try a different phone to see if that will help resolve the issue. If not, factory reset your device before getting it added to your network once more.
