Router set up fine. When adding wifi points, they are all recognized but receive an error of “Connection Failed”.

Have you used the button on each point to do a factory reset? If not, try that before running the setup in Google home again. Also, how close do you have the points to the router when trying the setup? If you haven't already, try setting them up with the point close to the router, then once working move them to your desired location and make sure they're still connected ok using the mesh test in the Google Home app.

I just wanted to jump in real fast to see if you saw Juzdu's reply and to see if you still needed some help on this or if you were able to get it sorted out. If you are still needing some help, just let us know and we'll be happy to continue helping.
Thanks.
