Wifi points stating online, but will state green with no response.

I recently had to reposition my nest wifi points to one to each floor of a 2000 sqfoot townhouse. The main router will stay online. but the 2nd and 3rd point will drop off online at random times. I have to reboot the network to get them back online. any ideas other then factory resetting the network?

Also, consider wired backhaul if possible. Not possible with the Nest Wifi add-on points though, as they have no ethernet ports.
