I bought a Google Nest Router for my house and when I try play online on my Nintendo switch it doesn’t work for certain games, says the connectivity times out.
when I take my switch to my condo, which uses the same Spectrum WiFi, but has a different router, I can play online on the switch with no trouble.
I saw another thread where it was recommended to prioritise gaming on the Google Home app and priorities the switch device, I tried these things but still not luck.
regretting buying the more expensive Google router

Hey, rangi.
Sorry for the continued issues you're having. I do have one thing for you to check. Do you have any preferred activities set up the Home app? If you do, try removing them and see if it has any impact. Take a quick look and let me know if you see anything set up.
Thanks,
- Jeff

Hey, everyone.
It looks like we've slowed down here again. We'll be closing up the thread unless anyone else has any input or needs anything else. If so, just let me know and we can keep this open a bit longer.
Thanks.
