I have a Yale lock and Google Nest device. It was connected before but I recently changed internet providers and I needed to reset the Wi-Fi, I had to remove the Yale lock from The Nest app in order to do this and re-add. But when I went to re-add it after scanning the QR code on the Yale lock, it prompts me to hold down the white button until it flashes blue but it seems like my white button is not working because it does not Flash Blue when held down, nothing happens. I've tried resetting the device and removing and changing the batteries. When I do install batteries, the white button flashes blue momentarily but it does not respond when I try to add it to my Nest so now I cannot control my yale lock from the app and I cannot change the passcode. Can someone please assist? I'm not sure if I accidentally locked something on the Yale lock but the privacy mode doesn't work either from the lock.

This is something that Yale support will be able to help you with.
I don't think it's any error with the Google equipment.

Thanks! I did end up calling them and they were able to help walk me thru the steps again to factory reset it and its working now. It was just outside the warranty period by 5 months but thankfully didn't need a replacement
