I have added a similar service as my DNS and it's working great...

What ip settings are you getting with the dhcp reservation.Sounds like the DNS isn't correct.Can you post your basic IP settings and try to ping via the ip as well as the domain name?

This is something that Yale support will be able to help you with. I don't think it's any error with the Google equipment.

@Kimy is right.. But if your laptop isn't compatible a USB wifi that is are only $20 or less..What brand of mesh network are you running if you don't mind me asking?

You had them both on the same wifi network i.e. 5ghz channel?
