can't connect to wifi

Not sure the product I have. It is a router and two points. It will not connect to house wifi. The reason I need to reconnect is because I changed wifi companies. I have factory reset and tried all the suggestions for connecting. I feel like it has to do with the password to our wifi. I have tried to find a portal to add it but the Google Home app does not follow the menu that the help information says it does and I cannot find a way to address the wifi. Yes it is the latest Google Home app. Frustrated and not very user friendly settings.

The primary Nest Wifi unit must be connected to your ISP (internet service provider) equipment by ethernet cable, it can't be connected wirelessly.

It's also recommended to avoid double NAT if possible, by putting the ISP equipment in bridge or bypass mode if it's currently acting as a router.

To be able to set up the network again, you must first delete the whole network from your Google Home home and factory reset all Nest Wifi units using the physical button.

Then set up the network again.

If you use a iOS or iPadOS device for the setup, make sure to see this one:
