I had same issue. Check to see if you have other email addresses in the pull down that it may have attached to. I have a different email for fiber billing and for some reason my wifi in the home attached to that email and everything else is on the email I setup with. It will not fix so just have 2 emails attached to home app for same house but it works for now. Try adding any other email it may have attached to…
