it would be great to have a feature added so all devices could be manually removed from the list.

We have been asking for this for over a year. They don't listen and don't read these forums, it seems.  Unnamed devices, old items, forget it. The only thing I can do is start from factory reset every few months.

Hey, all.

Sorry about the device list confusion. As already noted, there isn't a current way to manually edit device lists, and most devices will disappear after an extended period of not connecting to the network. While there's no way now to edit the list, I can pass the suggestion along to our internal teams as a feature request. I'll be happy to do that on your behalf.

If there are any other questions, let me know.

Thanks.

Hi, all.

I'm just checking in to see if we had any more questions here on this. Let me know if there's more I can do.

Thanks.

Have they actually fixed the problem, because if not then they can buy my hardware back so I can go with a network I can actually manage...

Hey, all.

Again, there's no plan as of right now to allow for manual editing on the device list, but I have passed the suggestion along to our teams to implement that. As far as why devices stay on the list, it can be hard to track down. Eventually most devices will drop off the list after 60 days, but sometimes a device will stay. I haven't found a reason for why this happens, but some users have found that due to MAC randomization, the device list can be a little confusing at times. This may not be the reason you're seeing devices stick, but it's one reason we've found and I'm hoping we can find others to explain things.

Thanks.

Hey, all.

I'm just following up to see if anybody had any additional questions on this. I know the device list can be confusing. I have passed along your desire to see the list be manually editable. If you have more questions, please ask.

Thanks,

- Jeff

Hey, everyone.

It looks like we've slowed down here again. We'll be closing up the thread unless anyone else has any input or needs anything else. If so, just let me know and we can keep this open a bit longer.

Thanks,

- Jeff
