Sorry about the connection issues you're having. I know it can be frustrating when we can't get our devices working online properly. Let's see what we can do and get this fixed for you.

First, I do need to know for sure what Nest device we're dealing with. Is this a Nest thermostat, a speaker or display, or is your WiFi network itself down? Let me know and we'll get this worked out.
