iPhone connectivity

iPhones 12mini and 6s won't connect but MacBook and iPads will. Any suggestions for a solution please.

I seem to have sorted the issue out by creating a new Guest network for the iPhones in Google Home

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with connecting your devices. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

 

  • Are you getting any messages on your iPhones when they don't connect?
  • When did the issue start?

That's good news that you're making progress, Joe8. You don't have any issues connecting to the guest network, but they won't connect at all to your main network? Is that correct?
