Hi,

I’m completely stumped here and I don’t know what to do at this point. I have a Nest Router and Nest Point that I’ve been running without any issues for the past year. I purchased an additional point today and could not complete the setup of the new device without receiving this error. Looking in these forums, people have said they’ve found success by coordinating the languages for Google Home, Account and mobile device (iPhone). I’ve done this (eng-UK) and still getting the same error. This solution doesn’t appear to work for me. So I decided to factory restart all the devices and start from scratch. Now both Nest Points are giving me the same error. So basically I went out and bought this $200 Google device and invested 4hrs of my time troubleshooting it to end up with a situation where my internet is now broken. It’s like a tragic trifecta: I've lost money, time, and now the internet. The pain and frustration is real. I’m seething. Someone please help!!! 🙏

Am in the same boat but with 3 nest hub max, 6 larger speakers, 2 nest hub minis, doorbell. That this is still an issue that cant be resolved almost requires regulatory bodies to take action.

@SteveH74 - I agree 100%. This is beyond preposterous. It’s shameful and just a terrible experience for consumers. I’m AU based. Giving another day or so here before I report it to consumer affairs.

@SteveH74 - I’ve got another thread running you should check out. Not resolved yet but at least someone is responding. There’s a form you should fill out. Read through the comments here:
