i notice tech specs on pro's say "Ports 2 Ethernet ports support 1 Gbps wired speeds per router" --so I assume these are not aggregated, one is likely wan and the other lan?
i understand not mixing a/c versions with 6e routers but can't you let us export/move our dhcp allocations, port forwards, etc without starting over from zero point nuthin again?
will we ever get a web browser management, or is the home app the only thing to have to look forward to?

Hi joebagodonutz,
Thanks for posting. There are two Ethernet ports on the Google Nest Wifi Pro, one to connect to your modem, and one to your Ethernet-cable-ready devices.
Nest Wifi Pro takes advantage of the benefits of the 6 GHz radio band to deliver a new level of Wi-Fi performance. Nest Wifi Pro runs the mesh connectivity between Nest Wifi Pro nodes exclusively over the 6 GHz band. Older models like the Nest Wifi don’t have a 6 GHz radio, so it can’t mesh with Nest Wifi Pro.
We appreciate your interest however, we don't have any news to share about a web-based control for Google Wifi/ Google Nest Wifi/ Google Nest Wifi Pro networks. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback. I also suggest that you send feedback by following this link. Let me know if you have other questions or concerns as I would love to help.
Best,
Mel

Hi joebagodonutz,
I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help. Please let me know if you are still having any concerns or questions from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
Thanks,

yep thanks. Still unclear. I can only feed the nest Wi-Fi’s a 1gb emerald signal right? Not 2gb or greater. And if I use 6e enabled devices do they compete with the backhaul for the 6e band?

emerald above s/b Ethernet

Hi joebagodonutz,
Nest Wifi Pro gives you combined speeds up to 5.4 Gbps ― twice as fast as Wi-Fi 6.

Sadly Mel you and I know those are theoretical combined speeds on all bands not real life use, AND that wasn’t Germaine to the questions that I posed. I can read the sales literature, I was hoping here I get some community insight

Hi joebagodonutz,
Thanks for getting back to us. I suggest we wait until the release and our community members are able to test it out.

Hey everyone,
It looks like we've slowed down here. We'll be closing up the thread in the next day unless anyone else has any input or needs anything else. If so, just let me know and we can keep this open a bit longer.
Thanks,
Jeff
