problemi connessione google nest wifi e modem enel

Buongiorno abbiamo cambiato da Tim a Enel ma non riesco a collegare google nest wifi al nuovo modem. Se lo collego con il cavo si accende la spia rossa nel modem e la linea non fuziona. Qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema? Grazie

Thanks for reaching out to our community! Sorry for hearing this about your Nest WiFi. I tried to help you connect this device to the network.

 

Since your Nest WiFi shows a red light when you try to connect, you can perform a factory reset on this device and set it up again.

  1. Press and hold the factory reset button for 10 seconds. The light will flash yellow, then turn solid yellow. When the light is a solid yellow, release the button. The reset process will start, which can take up to 10 minutes. (Don't unplug the power cord during this process.)
  2. When the factory reset is complete, the light on your router will pulse white.
  3. After the device has been reset, the device will still appear in the Google Home app. To remove the device, follow the instructions for app factory reset. To set up again
