I have had the wired Google nest doorbell for less than a year, and as of a day ago, I received a notification on the Google home app that the device is not working, when I checked the doorbell, there were no lights. I reset power at the breaker, still not working. I also attempted to do the factory reset just to try, and that did not do anything. I've verified that the wires going to the doorbell are receiving power. All of this has brought me here for some assistance, even tho I ultimately believe that the doorbell itself is internally broken, at which point, I just need help with a warranty claim.
