Hi, I assume you are reffering to his google account?

Here are some steps you can take to help them:

  1. Have your friend visit the Google Account Recovery page. This page will walk them through the steps to recover their account.
  2. Have your friend enter the email address or phone number associated with their account.
  3. If your friend remembers their password, they can enter it here.
  4. If your friend doesn't remember their password, they can click on "Forgot password?"
  5. Your friend will then be asked to provide some information to verify their identity. This information may include the following:
    • The last time they logged in to their account
    • The last device they used to log in to their account
    • The first few letters of the email address associated with their account
    • A security question and answer
  6. Once your friend has provided this information, Google will send them an email with instructions on how to reset their password.
