All sensors offline

I’m unsure if I have Nest Secure or Yale. All my sensors are offline. Cameras are working. It’s not the thermostat either. It’s just the sensors. I don’t want to delete and then can’t add them back. Can someone guide me through on how to fix the sensors in my home? My security system is through ADT if any of that information matters.
