We recently had AT&T fiber internet installed. Since we have not been able to operate our locks using the app. When we try to add a lock, the message “Something went wrong. The app is having trouble connecting to your Nest Connect”. The error code is NA021. These locks have worked for years remotely with our prior internet provider. Please help.

We don't have Nest Connects, but have you checked the Help topic below on updating Wi-Fi settings on Nest Connects? (You might need to perform these steps on the old Wi-Fi network while the Nest Connect is still reachable.)

(Unfortunately, Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings for its devices; that's why they say "The simplest fix for most Nest products is to update your home network so that the network name (SSID) and password are the same as before. This will usually work even if you’ve purchased a new Wi-Fi router as long as the manufacturer settings are the same.")
