This product is terrible. The doorlock disconnected from the Internet out of nowhere. The Internet is fine.
Support team just recommended that we did a hard reset. That is unnecessarily long for an issue with the product.
Save yourself a headache and get yourself another smart lock. This would be inconvenient if our family was out of town.
