Google Nest code redemption

I just returned to US from Doctors Without Borders and am trying to redeem my Nest credit of $200 but the code from older email is not accepted. (Says - code does not exist)

Please help

Thank you for your service with Doctors without Borders.

I think those redemption codes were issued in April 2023, and this final April 2, 2024 reminder notice said the "Offer could be redeemed until May 7th, 2024.":

You could try contacting Support and see what they say:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I'm just another Google Nest customer, so I don't know what they might say.
