Is anyone else having trouble getting Google to resolve the issue of the shutdown of Nest Secure? All I need at minimum is my door lock to keep working. The offer they sent me only works in the US.
I have contacted support but they don't seem to understand I am in Canada and keep sending me vouchers for the US store (which I can't access as I am in Canada)
I am wondering if anyone has received a solution for this issue.
