How do I change lock code if off line

Need to change lock code but lock is off line and I am away from home.

Hello, Arthur.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. If you are away, amd of the lock is offline then you wouldn't be able to change the lock. But it should remain locked unless someone else has your current code. You can learn more here.
