Hi. I have had so much trouble with this nest Yale lock from the get go. I got it a couple months ago and when I set it up I naturally didn't follow all the directions and the lock was the unlock and vice versa so it wasn't acting as a very functional lock. So today I decided to do a factory reset on the lock and set it up correctly. For what ever reason, I also deleted my nest Connect also. Now I can not get it to connect again. It finds it, goes through the setup wifi, tests the wifi, then goes to setup nest network and the could not connect error comes up. What am I doing wrong? How do I fix this and get the best connect to connect?

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with your Nest Connect. Let’s get this sorted — a few questions: what’s the status light of your Nest Connect? How far is your Connect from the router? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? What WiFi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)? Also, were there any changes to your WiFi network?
