My best guard 8s showing a hardware failure. I reset twice still showing replace

I was suggested to reset the device. I have done so twice and the nest app is saying hardware failure replace.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am sorry that you have ran into this issue, but I need more clarification as to what specifically the issue is. 
  • Is your Nest Guard not powering on?
  • Is it giving you false alarms?
  • This Hardware failure you are talking about, where are you seeing this message?
