I've been getting emails saying my Nest Aware subscription is about to expire, but I've contacted support and verified that's not correct. I think the emails were counting down to the cellular backup on my Nest Guard expiring, but there's no way to renew it now unless you pay for professional monitoring. Well today was the expiration and since then the guard has been offline. It should still be using WiFi, but it seems like something is off on the back end. Is anyone else having this issue?
