Need part for my Nest outdoor keypad

I have an older Nest doorbell-camera and the holder-frame for the keypad has broken, for the third time I believe. The pad is 3" and about 1" wide with the numbers 1-0 and a red moon at the bottom.  How can I get another holder-frame for it?
