Nest App Freezes during Lock Setup

My Nest x Yale lock worked fine for several months and was connected to my wifi network. A couple weeks ago, my Nest Connect (the device the bridges the Yale Lock to my wifi network) disconnected itself from my wifi network. Now, when I attempt to reconnect the Connect, my Nest App freezes during the setup process. It specifically freezes on the screen where you are prompted to find a good location to plug in the Connect. I have tried resetting the lock and the Connect. I have reset my wifi network. I have updated my iphone to the latest ios. I have created a new google home and tried connecting it in a fresh home. I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out. We're aware of the issue. Please try to set up your Nest Yale Lock again and once the page freezes, just wait on the page for at least more or less 5 minutes until the setup proceeds.
