I have tried and done every thing suggested. Reset my wifi reset my phone all I get is a blinking blue light and then it stops after several minutes. No yellow light and no good info on what to do. No phone number for customer service. cant get my lock set up to my nest which I have been using the thermostat for years. It has add a deice, I scanned, It sees it but the light only blinks blue. What to do????????????
