Nest Secure Already showing offline

Nest secure is already not working for me. All devices went offline last night and I’ve tried several things to get it working but still nothing.

Yikes. I would assume that they've pushed the kill switch early?  Your family is not safe. Google is to blame.

I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you've already tried. I also suggest trying these next steps:

 

  • Ensure you're using the latest version of the Nest app.
  • Restart your router.
  • Restart Nest Guard: you can find instructions in this article: Restart Nest Guard

If these steps don't resolve the issue, try performing a factory reset, and then set up again, you can check the next article: How to set up Nest Secure.
