Nest X Yale - No connection to Nest Connect

Hi, i recently got the next X Yale lock and i am unable to configure the nest connect to my wifi.

Read all steps in the forum like 

> Connecting to 2.4Ghz wifi network

> Reset the Nest connect several times

> disconnecting all other nest products

> the error continuously was T0030

> Now even a bigger issue, the Nest connect is not showing any kind of lights on it.

There is nothing left I had not tried on Youtube or nest forums.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your Yale lock! If you haven't already, you can learn here how to factory reset your Yale lock, which may help to reset issues it may be having. I would definitely reset your lock first if you haven't yet. Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns.
